British company Sauflon Pharmaceuticals manufactures contact lenses and aftercare solutions. Puretech provided the turnkey purified water system for the company’s new facility in Budapest, Hungary. The system, which has been designed for upgradability, included pre-treatment, 3m3/hr Oasys, 10 000 litre storage vessle and two ozone distribution skid and pipework to more than sixty outlets.

The Company’s LVP (Large Volume Parenteral) pharmaceutical plant uses blow fill seal technology and packaging equipment and oral solid dosage pharmaceutical plant with equipment for high speed manufacturing, fluid bed dryers, compression, coating, encapsulation and blister packing. Puretech supplied two Oasys TPRO/CEDI purified water generation systems to the facility.
