Puretech is pleased to welcome Terry Woodifield to the team in the role of Project Manager. He brings over fifteen years of experience delivering complex projects across the UK. As a mechanically and electrically qualified engineer in building services, Terry delivers valuable insight into both practical execution and strategic project management.
Terry oversees laboratory, medical gas, and water system contracts. He is currently leading medical installation projects within the NHS and supporting new science and innovation developments, in which precision, compliance, and reliability are essential.
Terry has managed large-scale projects, particularly in the medical sector. He previously ran a successful laboratory and gas company, gaining strong commercial insight into operations and client expectations. He also played a key role in delivering the Nightingale Hospitals during the COVID-19 pandemic, collaborating with government bodies to support urgent national infrastructure.
Terry was drawn to Puretech by its reputation as a market leader within a highly specialist industry. “Puretech are up there… they’re highly regarded,” he explains. “It seemed like a place where I could really make a difference and bring something to the role.” He points out the company’s consistent track record for successful project delivery as a key factor.
His project management approach is customer-focused, emphasizing communication, responsiveness, and proactive problem-solving. By dividing his time between office planning and on-site delivery, Terry stays connected to both project details and overall outcomes.
Going forward, Terry aims to build on Puretech’s already strong reputation, using his experience to further strengthen operations and support continued growth across the business.
Outside of work, Terry leads an active lifestyle. He enjoys golf, padel, spending time outdoors with his family, walking the dog, and keeping fit, bringing the same energy and focus to his personal life as to his projects.
Commenting on Terry’s appointment, Dennis Pye, Operations Director at Puretech, said: “Terry brings a wealth of practical and commercial experience to the business, along with a proven track record of delivering complex projects in highly regulated environments.
His knowledge of laboratory and medical gas installations, combined with his hands-on approach and strong customer focus, makes him an excellent addition to the team. We are delighted to welcome Terry to Puretech and are confident he will play a key role in supporting our continued growth and maintaining the high standards our clients expect.”
