The Puretech GENYSYS Purified Water plants utilise a Reverse Osmosis system to take pre-treated water through to WFI quality through a sequence of processes.

Puretech’s standalone position in delivering turnkey pure water systems secured the instruction of a huge contract to supply a Purified Water Generation, storage and distribution system to *Gerard Laboratories in Dublin.

Puretech GENYSYS Reverse Osmosis technology pumps softened water at high pressure through semi permeable membranes.  The Reverse Osmosis permeate is then fed through a membrane degasser to remove dissolved Carbon Dioxide

The water passes through the continuous electro deionisation (CEDI) unit to remove ionic contaminants.

The Puretech GENYSYS system has an industry leading screening system that continuously monitors the Reverse Osmosis status and gives warning of requirements for cleaning. A critical element in the overall production of supplying ultra-unadulterated water is the commitment Puretech gives to ensuring every stage of the cycle is optimised to give 100% purity – anything less is simply not good enough.
